Students of New Generation School met Giorgi Arkhania, an invited lecturer from Tbilisi State University, and together they discussed one of the most difficult periods in Georgia’s history – the Soviet occupation.

The lecturer presented in detail the historical context of the occupation, the chronology of events, and the consequences this era left for the country.
The students showed great interest and asked many thought-provoking and critical questions.
Such discussions are important for future generations to better understand their country’s past and the true value of freedom.
