Grade VI A students of New Generation School paid tribute to the heroes who sacrificed their lives in the struggle for Georgia’s independence. 🇬🇪
The students gathered at the April 9 Memorial, holding symbolic red tulips and candles. 🕯️ They honored the memory of those who, in 1989, defended Georgia’s freedom at the cost of their own lives.
The history teacher explained to the children the great significance of this day — how tragedy became the beginning of unity and victory for the Georgian spirit. 🎓✨
